HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING?
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours immediately after the payment is made. Usually you’ll get your order in 2-3 weeks. Sometimes shipping may have a little delay due to holiday season or particular events.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Choose the items you want and click “Add to cart” button to reserve your product. Then click the “Checkout” icon in the upper right to view your shopping cart and again click “Checkout” to proceed and come to a page where you can apply your discount codes. Immediately after that, you’ll be asked to provide your details to confirm your order.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If more than 3 weeks passed and you still haven’t received your order, which is unusual and never happened before, please contact us here. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with every details.
WHY HAVE I NOT GOT MY EMAIL CONFIRMATION?
There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM folder. If not then please email us and we will amend this for you right away.

Not to worry, as long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error in your address, we would be more than happy to change it for you. Just email us your full, correct address along with your order number and we would update your details for you. Please note that we have a 2-hour Change of Order Policy.

DOGaiety™ is based in Italy! Everything is handmade and designed in the USA.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
For DOGaiety™ non-custom pieces, delivery takes 3-4 weeks and in peak seasons up to 6 weeks. This is because we quality check absolutely everything, and in high volume periods this takes longer. If you are unhappy with the lead times, please contact one of our representatives and they will refund or cancel your order for you! We want our customers to be happy.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, absolutely but in this period due to pandemic we have decided to ship only to US, UK, AU to provide the best service as always.
WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?
DOGaiety™ operates a no returns policy due to the customized nature of our products.
Order cancellations are available before one of our artists starts working your order which can be up to 2 hours after purchase.
Full refunds are available on all defective products, just send us a picture and we’ll make it up to you! Other types of refunds can be issued when the need occurs, but for more information visit our Return & Refund Policy page.
